This two and half day retreat will allow you to refresh and reset your mind, body and soul.

• You'll learn to release stress and other blocks preventing you from living the life you desire

• You'll learn strategies to create healthy habits for sustainable growth

• You'll receive guidance and support for healing from loss, trauma and toxic bonds

There will be plenty of time for rest and relaxation: beach walks, Yoga on the beach, a sunset cruise, time to journal, soak up the sun and nourish your soul.

Meals and snacks are included, less dinner on the last evening which will be on your own. Giving you an opportunity to explore the area and choose from a variety of great restaurants.
